Pizza Bread with Del Monte Quick n Easy Italian Pizza Sauce

I saw this Del Monte Quick n Easy Italian Pizza Sauce and thought to try the recipe at the back of it for Pizza Bread. I have a pack of mozzarella cheese grates that I need to finish off before it expires this 6th of December anyway.

What I did?
Mix Italian Pizza Sauce with a tablespoon of Del Monte Tomato paste. I love Tomato paste. I believe it gives the richer taste when mixed with any tomato sauce.

Spread the tomato mixture sauce over my wheat bread and add cooked ground beef, mushroom, bell pepper and mozzarella cheese. Toast or Bake and then you’re done.

For some reasons, I got lazy to use my turbo oven and clean that big bowl afterwards so I made use of our bread toaster. :) I just put it sideways of course…

My brother said that our dog Winnie even had problem eating the first 2 pieces of pizza bread I gave her that got burnt black. But when I checked up on Winnie, she ate everything of course. And then I remember that dairy products like cheese are bad for dogs.  Oopsss…

If Winnie dies tomorrow, I’m a freaking murderer. :(
